Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We are committed to providing you, our valued clients, with excellent quality and customer service. We reserve the time in our schedules specifically for you. We ask your cooperation by making every effort to keep scheduled appointments.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for an appointment cancellation.
To reserve appointments for Spa Packages, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required.
A 48-hour advance notification is required on all package appointment cancellations.

All prices reflect standard services. Additional or custom services may vary in price. Your personal care professional will inform you regarding your charges prior to rendering services.

Return Policy
Battisti's Return Policy: No cash or credit card refunds. Store credit issued on all returns within 14 days of purchase. A $25.00 service fee applied to all returned checks.
